About the yard
Warminster Saddle Club is a riding school and livery yard near Warminster. The main site is at Oxendene with 16 stables, and riding goes straight onto Salisbury Plain.
The smaller DIY-only site, Parsonage Farm, is about five minutes' drive away with four large stables. It is a 20-minute hack to the club arenas by a safe route.
All DIY livery includes use of the facilities, a stable and a field. Assisted DIY is priced to each owner. Working livery means the yard does the physical care and uses the horse in its riding school in return. Military personnel and their families get a lower rate, and membership is charged on top of the livery price.
