About the yard
Liscombe Park runs a riding school alongside its livery, so the stabled horses can be used on the school with qualified instructors, or kept as non-working horses for a higher monthly fee.
Stabled liveries get daily care with catching in, rug changes, mucking out, hay nets and feeds, and shavings or straw bedding. Grass liveries live out in a herd and are fed hay in winter, with no stabling or mucking out included.
Owners can use the outdoor arena on the school yard, and the indoor arena is available to liveries for hire around lessons. There is a small cross-country course and miles of off-road tracks from the yard.
