About the yard
GW Equine is run by Gayle White, a show jumping coach with BHSI and UKCC Level 3 qualifications, from Highbrook Stables on the Hawkley Road at West Liss. The livery sits alongside her training business, so many horses are ridden and some are being produced for competition.
The yard offers competition livery for horses being produced for clients, full livery without ridden work, short-term livery for holiday cover, schooling livery for retraining, and rehabilitation livery. Sales livery covers sales preparation and viewings. Packages are bespoke, built on a seven-day week that includes hard feed, forage, bedding, mucking out and turning in and out.
Facilities include an 80 by 50 metre outdoor arena with FEI showjumps, a 40 by 20 metre indoor arena with lights, and a floodlit 40 by 20 metre sand and rubber arena. Stables are indoor, rubber matted, and monitored by CCTV. The website does not publish livery prices, so the yard needs to be rung for a quote.
