About the yard
Coxleigh Barton is a farm estate just outside Barnstaple in Shirwell. The yard offers DIY, part and full livery, and it is a BHS approved livery yard with a highly commended rating.
Each livery horse has its own electrically fenced paddock with its own water supply, and the yard says turnout runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The private plantation woodland and tracks on the estate give you hacking from the yard.
The yard has a floodlit 60 by 20 metre arena with show jumps and a larger 50 by 70 metre competition arena, and there is a cross-country course on site. Prices are not on the website, so ring the yard for availability and pricing.
